Video: Water guru Novack gives update on rainy season, with just 5 inches so far

Shawn Novack, water conservation program manager for the Water Resources Association of San Benito County, provides an update on the local rainy season in this San Benito Live interview. Novack said the county has received just five inches of rain so far this rainy season, which started in October, while the area average is between 13 and 15 inches.
