San Juan Bautista now has a Little Free Library stand outside the Vertigo Coffee shop. Organizers held a dedication Thursday and said there will be a second one installed outside San Juan City Hall as well. Residents can borrow books from the stand but are asked to leave a book when they do so. Library Assistant Dee Dee Hanania came up with the idea. City Planning Commissioner Darlene Boyd designed it, and local resident Ray Covert built the stand. They were involved with the dedication Thursday as well.
