There was snow in the mountains near Hollister on Tuesday morning, and photographer Nick Lovejoy captured some of the scenes in these photos. Local residents can expect cold overnight temperatures again Tuesday into Wednesday, with a low of 32 predicted for Hollister. Snow is rare in the Hollister area, but can occur at high elevations when below-freezing temperatures combine with precipitation.
