William “Bill” Hildebrand was born on September 9, 1944 in San Francisco, California. He moved to San Benito County in 1978 where he met the love of his life, Carol Mazzuca. They were married on February 10, 1979 and resided in Paicines, California.
Bill passed very suddenly at his Paicines residence, with his wife by his side, on November 9th, 2018.
Bill never met a stranger. He would give you the shirt off his back. He was a very proud Viet Nam Veteran and received 2 purple hearts during his service. “Family, Flag and Country were always at the forefront
Bill will be greatly missed by all of those he touched.
Bill is survived by his adoring wife, Carol; daughters: Johnine “Ichi” Lawrence, Shawna “Baby” Giachello and son-in-law Matt; Kenny “Wiley” Perry, Gianna “Bear” Lee, Kelsey and Katelyn Giachello, Rebecca Bockover, Domonique Hedspeth, Christopher Bockover, Sonja Balancio, Kiara and Brenden Lawrence and Amy Rosenburg; as well as many greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Services, including full military honors, are still pending.
