Carl Jack Barbieri, 98, passed away on Sunday, August 11th in Hollister, CA. The memorial service will be held at Calvary Cemetery on Saturday, August 24th at 12 o’clock.
Carl was born in Italy to Amadeo and Magdalena Barbieri on July 25, 1921. He graduated from Sparks High School in 1939. He then enlisted in the Navy. Following his time with the Navy he worked as a bank employee for multiple companies retiring as after 30 years as Vice President of Golden Gate & Hyde. He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his free time.
Carl is survived by his wife, Ilda Barbieri, of Hollister, CA. He is also survived by his son, Jack Barbieri, his daughter-in-law Danielle Barbieri, his grandson Joseph Barbieri, granddaughter Teressa Barbieri and great-granddaughter River Moran. He is preceded in death by his father Amadeo Barbieri, his mother Magdalena Barbieri, his brothers Mario & Reno Barbieri, his sister Inez Abba and his son David Barbieri.
