National park entrance is free Saturday

Pinnacles National Park, like all other national parks, will be open for free Saturday to celebrate Earth Day.
There are four free days throughout the year for national park entrance. They include Jan. 15 for Martin Luther King’s birthday, Earth Day and the first day of National Parks Week on April 21, National Public Lands Day on Sept. 22 and Veterans Day on Nov. 11.
The entrance fee waiver “does not cover amenity or user fees for activities such as camping, boat launches, transportation, or special tours,” according to the National Park Service.
Entrance fees to Pinnacles normally include:
Vehicle Entrance Fee – $25.00
Motorcycle Entrance Fee – $20.00
Walk-in or Bicycle Entrance Fee – $12.00
