LULAC to host immigration forum in Hollister

The League of United Latin American Citizens organization based in San Benito County is hosting an immigration forum March 24

The event is set for 10 a.m. at the Hollister Community Center, 300 West St. It will include a discussion panel and a question-answer session.

Community members are invited to the free forum to obtain information on DACA, dreamers and citizenship. The United Farm Workers Foundation will be available to answer questions, while free childcare is available.

The forum is a follow-up to a 2017 immigration forum attended by a variety of public officials such as Congressman Jimmy Panetta and Assemblywoman Anna Caballero.
