San Benito High School alumnus and former employee Roy Sims is featured in the most recent issue of Men’s Health magazine.
In a Facebook post, Sims said: “In this month’s May issue of Men’s Health Magazine. I am humbled to be in the magazine and elated for the great sport of sumo to continue to grow in the states and abroad. San Benito County mountains in the background is the cherry on top. Someone recently asked: how does sumo compare to other martial arts? I said in the world of martial arts many are like essays, books, or short stories and sumo is a beautiful poem. Simple in its form or kimarite , harmonious in its spirit and intention.”
