HPD makes several arrests after gang compliance checks

The Hollister Police Department, along with the San Benito County Probation Department and California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation State Parole, conducted an operation that resulted in two arrests for various charges.

Three additional suspects were found in violation of their probation or post-release community supervision conditions. 

On May 22, the listed agencies conducted probation gang compliance checks at 18 known gang member residences within the city limits of Hollister.

During this operation Rudolfo Miramon (31) was arrested for a felony warrant and resisting arrest (Miramon is on felony probation). Mario Sanchez (36) was arrested for violation of his post-release supervision gang terms.

The following were not home at the time of the search. However, officers discovered gang indicia and evidence of other crimes in their home. They are wanted by San Benito County Probation for violation of their gang terms.

Ruben Jacquez Jr (30) is currently on post-release supervision and is in violation his gang terms. 

Abel Pasillas (21) is on high-risk felony probation and is in violation of his gang terms.

Jacob DelaRosa (32) is on felony probation and is in violation of his gang terms.
