The City of Hollister, San Benito County and Monterey Bay Economic are co-hosting a meeting about housing on Wednesday.
The Housing 101 presentation is set for 6-8 p.m. May 30 at the Veterans Memorial Building, 649 San Benito St., in Hollister. The purpose is to build awareness about the county’s housing efforts and the Monterey Bay group’s housing initiative aimed at increasing housing supply across the region to address all income levels.
Attending will be Matt Huerta from the MBEP, County Supervisor Anthony Botelho, Supervisor Robert Rivas and Hollister Councilman Ray Friend.
Topics will include resources being deployed, examples of successes in the region, and how to get involved.
