In the newest episode of Cooking with Fish below, chef Mike Fisher teaches locals how to prepare braised short-rib of grassfed beef and crushed potatoes with local olive oil. Fisher hosts a monthly cooking class each month at Fisher’s, 650 San Benito St., in collaboration with the San Benito County Arts Council.

7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 5: Thanksgiving Sides is the theme. The meal includes Charred Brussel Sprouts with Bacon, Fisher’s Signature Green Bean Casserole and Yams that Everyone Loves.
