Assemblymember Anna Caballero (D-Salinas) will be hosting a Girls & Women’s Career Workshop in the City of Greenfield. The workshop will focus on empowering 5th – 8th grade girls to become the leaders of tomorrow. Participants will enjoy a fun morning and learn skills to exercise the power of their voice; hear dynamic presentations from local professionals about their education and careers and have an opportunity to participate in a fun engineering activity

Location: Greenfield Community Center – Patriot Park, 1351 Oak Avenue, Greenfield
“Every girl has the potential to become a leader, she just needs the right tools and inspiration,” said Assemblymember Caballero. “I am proud to build on this commitment to support our young girls and promote higher education in rural communities.”
The workshop is a collaboration with the City of Greenfield, Greenfield Science Workshop and Councilmember Nayely Martinez.
There is limited seating. Participants are encouraged to register at the Greenfield Science Workshop, Greenfield Public Library, Greenfield Community Center or call the Office of Assemblymember Caballero at (831) 759-8676. Walk-ins are welcome.
