The San Benito County Arts Council is now enrolling students in Fall Session Art Classes at the ARTspace ANNEX, 217 Fifth St. in downtown Hollister. The Fall Session schedule will run September through December and includes art classes and workshops for youth and adults in a variety of different media. Some of the classes offered are:
Youth Art Studio 1 (ages 5-7), weekly Mondays, 4:15-5:15 PM
Youth Art Studio 2 (ages 8-13), weekly Mondays, 5:30-6:30 PM
3D Sculpture (ages 8-16), weekly Tuesdays, 5:00-6:00 PM
Tai Chi (ages 16+), with Richard Ahrens, weekly Tuesdays, 7:00-7:55 PM & 8:00-9:00 PM and Saturdays, 9:30-10:30 AM
Drawing Fundamentals (ages 11+), weekly Wednesdays, 4:00-5:00 PM
Writers’ Lab (ages 18+), weekly Wednesdays, 5:30-7:00 PM
Teen Art Studio (ages 12-18), weekly Thursdays, 6:30-7:30 PM
Youth Ceramics (ages 8-16), begins on Oct. 17th, meets weekly Thursdays, 4:30-6:00 PM

All classes are taught by professional teaching artists and continue in moth long sessions, unless otherwise noted, beginning the first week of the month. There are FREE scholarship spots available for youth classes for qualifying students.
