The San Juan Bautista City Council is set to meet Tuesday to consider the following:
- Reauthorize collection of a fee to support “Public, Educational and Governmental” channel facilities within the city
- Approve Strategic Planning Committee request to add Darryl Green to the membership
- Approve resolution to close Union Bank savings account and invest in LAIF
- San Juan Committee presentation
- Provide input to the Cannabis Subcommittee on the proposed cannabis ordinance
- Location of electric vehicle charging stations in the city
- Results of traffic speed and calming study
- Amend development agreement with Meritage Homes to provide $40,000 toward city’s water supply strategy
- Ordinance revising appointment process for planning commissioners
- Approve participation by Ededbridge Homes in the SCIP program
- Extend American Tower Cell Tower lease
- Designate portion of property between Washington and Lang streets as a future location of a dog park and community garden
- Purchase of telemetry equipment to connect to reservoir
- Code of ethics policy
- Removal of John Hopper from the planning commission
- Formal appointment of city manager
The meeting is set for 5:45 at San Juan Bautista City Hall, 311 Second St.
