The San Benito County Planning Commission on Wednesday will consider a continuation on a vesting tentative subdivision map on a 189-home development on 60 acres.
The planning commission meets at the San Benito County Administration Building, 481 Fourth St.
The owner/applicant on the subdivision is listed at Fairview Corners, LLC, or Dividend Homes under Richard Oliver. It is also listed as being part of the Fairview Corners Specific Plan in the broader General Plan. The agenda says all phases of the project were considered in preparation for the final Environmental Impact Report for the Fairview Corners Project.
Lots would range from about 5,500 square feet to 8,000 square feet, according to the planning commission agenda for the 6 p.m. meeting Wednesday.
Other items on the agenda include two public hearings on minor subdivisions of properties.
One on Buena Vista Road includes mention of subdividing 29.2 acres and using 18.8 acres for a solar facility. The other one includes subdividing a 24.7-acre property with 19.7 acres used for one family residence and the rest for another.
