San Benito High School District trustees Tuesday night will consider opening steps for a new contract with the teachers union. The San Benito High School District Board of Trustees will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the school, 1220 Monterey St., to consider the following:
- Student report
- Cal-SOAP program report
- Local Control and Accountability Plan update
- Resolution declaring futility of public bidding for the non-lease/leaseback portion of the Nash Road calming measures
- Resolution authorizing construction and use of the new maintenance building
- Public hearing on “sunshine” San Benito High School Teachers Association proposal to open negotiations with the district
- Approve district contracts for Clearly Consultants on the multi-purpose field for soil engineering, observation and testing
- MOU with the San Benito County Office of Education for financial software
