In a report scheduled to be presented to the Board of Trustees on Tuesday, Nov. 12, Principal Adrian Ramirez notes that three graduates of the Class of 2019 — Jaron Cota, Frederick Keith and Ian Sills — made the National AP Scholars list for students throughout the United States for earning at least a 4 on all AP exams taken, and scores of 4 or higher on eight or more of these exams.

Twenty-five SBHS students were named AP Scholars With Distinction for earning an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams. Twenty four students last Spring were designated as AP Scholars With Honor for achieving an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP exams taken, as well as scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams.
