The two wildfires still burning in southern San Benito County are nearly contained, according to Calfire.
The Eastern Fire and Airline Fire were each 90 percent contained as of 6:50 a.m. Sunday, according to a Calfire estimate. The Eastern Fire at Coalinga Road east of Bitterwater was at 513 acres with the Airline Fire, at Coalinga Road and Airline Highway, was 1,314 acres.
