San Juan Bautista dedicated a shelf in the local library to the late Jim West, a former councilman and mayor who died Dec. 6 after being active in the local community for decades. Residents and officials showed up Saturday for the dedication of a library shelf in West’s name. It came after an earlier dedication that day, with the new Rancho Vista development park named after him. Watch the library dedication below:
