A good crowd showed up to witness the dedication and ribbon cutting for the new Historic Walking Trail in San Juan Bautista on Saturday morning. Residents, nonprofits, businesses and government officials worked together to finish the first phase of the new walking tour, featuring 49 sites on a 1.5-mile walk marked by plaques and aided by smartphone technology.
