The California Highway Patrol has closed traffic on southbound Highway 101 due to a vegetation fire in the San Martin area.
According to the CHP, southbound and northbound lanes have been closed at times in the past hour.
At 5:50 p.m., Calfire had requested both lanes closed at San Martin due to concerns about fire.
As of 6:18 p.m., the southbound lane had been open with traffic breaks on both the northbound and southbound sides from Leavesley Avenue to San Martin Avenue.
