San Benito High School district is partnering with the Jewish Family and Children’s Services’ Holocaust Center on the Day of Learning, an opportunity to learn about the Holocaust and the patterns of genocide, and hear testimony from local survivors of the Holocaust an other genocides.
The Day of Learning is set for March 4 from 12:30 to 5 p.m. at the Galileo Academy of Science and Technology in San Francisco. It is open to students in grades 7 to 12 as well as teachers. There will be 18 interactive workshops offered by esteemed faculty.
