The San Benito County Office of Education will be providing an opportunity for those seeking teaching (including psychologists, counselors, school nurses, speech language pathologists, etc.), certificated/ classified management and classified positions to meet with those who hire staff in our local countywide districts.
The gathering is set for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 12 at San Benito High School.
San Benito County is a great place to live away from the hustle and bustle of bigger cities! We are nestled in the coastal range mountains of California just south of San Jose and east of Monterey, where housing is still affordable. Surrounded by beautiful country, we offer recreation and outdoor activities, wine tasting, quaint shops, live music venues, casual and fine dining, and so much more.
Candidates are encouraged to register though it is not mandatory. Pre-registered candidates will be entered for a chance to win a door prize. Participants be sure to come prepared! Make sure to bring multiple application packets that include a letter of introduction, resume, letters of recommendation, and copies of your credentials (if applicable). Districts will interview candidates the day of the fair with many hiring on the spot.
