Pinnacles National Park is seeking interpretation and education interns to act as a “Visitor Experience Specialist.” The intern will lead traditional, formal programs such as educational field trips, evening amphitheater programs and night hikes. Duties also include staffing the Nature Center and providing information.
Requirements: Passion for outdoor/resource education; excellent public speaking skills; computer skills; ability to work well as part of a team and provide excellent public service. Bilingual candidate in Spanish-English preferred. Candidates must be 18—35 years old.
Term: Jan 27- May 25; 40 hours/week Wed–Sunday
Living allowance: $365 per week. AmeriCorps scholarship award available. No housing supplied! Local candidates only!
