Pinnacles National Park is asking locals to join the Ranger Corps. to work as interns on weekends.
The program involves helping visitors have a safe and enjoyable experience along with learning about ecology, geology, cultural history, flora and fauna alongside National Park Service Rangers.
Applicants must be ages 18-35 and pass a background check. It is Saturdays, Sundays and holidays up eight hours a day and for 12 weeks between March and June.
Interns will receive a weekly living allowance of $144 or $9 an hour.
