Growing Hearts Garden Center and the Community FoodBank of San Benito County held a ribbon cutting Saturday for the new garden project at the food bank overseen by Growing Hearts. It’s a vision of Mark Paxton, a longtime food bank manager who’s moving out of state. Growing Hearts will maintain the garden, while the nonprofit serving special-needs residents also helps to maintain plant arrangements at Fisher’s Restaurant and Park Hill. Photos by Adam Bell.
