Some of the region’s top chefs once again presented their masterwork at the annual Best of San Benito County Food & Wine event at San Juan Oaks Golf Club in late October.
The Emmaus House fundraiser features a lineup of local chefs who create a six-course meal paired with wine. Along with funds raised from the $125 tickets, a live and silent auction also benefitted that Emmaus House women’s shelter in Hollister.
It was held Oct. 30 at San Juan Oaks, 3825 Union Road near Hollister and San Juan Bautista.
