Lanes on part of 101 to close Saturday

The southbound No. 2 (right) lane of US Highway 101 will be closed from north of San Juan Road to south of San Juan Road on Saturday, Dec. 21 from 5:30 am until 5 pm.

In addition, the northbound No. 2 (right) lane of US Highway 101 will be closed from south of Crazy Horse Road to San Juan Road on Saturday, Dec. 21 from 5:30 am until 5 pm.

These lane closures are necessary so that Caltrans can perform emergency overhead sign repairs to enhance public safety for everyone. 

Motorists can expect delays not to exceed 20 minutes.

This roadwork will be performed by the Caltrans Maintenance team from Salinas, CA.

Caltrans reminds motorists to move over and slow down when driving through highway construction zones.
