Congressman Jimmy Panetta released the following statement on the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg:
“The unfortunate loss of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will be felt by so many who were touched by her work with the law. Our nation is so much better due to her steadfast devotion to our most sacred democratic ideals,” said Congressman Jimmy Panetta. “She was one of the greatest legal minds and purveyors of justice of our time whose work will guide us for years to come. May she rest in peace having strengthened our will to preserve her legacy of equality for all.”
