Theron H. “Joe” Lowery passed away at his Hollister home at the age of 66.
Services will be on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at 1:00 PM. Friends can pay their respects from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home. Pastor Tom Mariscal will officiate at the funeral home at 12:00 noon with services at 1:00 PM at Calvary Cemetery in Hollister with military rites being offered by VFW Post #9242.
