Ofelia Micaela Romero-Carillo passed away on March 26th, 2018 in Salinas Memorial Hospital at the age of 88. Born in Salvatierra, Guanajuato, Mexico, she spent 48 years as a resident of Hollister, CA. She is survived by her loving husband, Jose Carmen Romero, 9 children, 18 grandchildren, and 16 great-grand children.
She will be long remembered as “Ama” for her kindness, humor, and faith.
The rosary will be held Monday, April 2, 2018 at 7pm at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home. Church services will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 11am at Sacred Heart Church. Burial services to follow the ceremony.
