The outgoing Miss San Benito Rodeo said one of her final goodbyes as the queen and promoted this year’s rodeo at Monday’s Hollister council meeting.
Kelsee French is finishing out her one-year term as Miss San Benito Rodeo. She briefly spike at the Hollister City Council meeting Monday to promote the rodeo and Miss San Benito Rodeo contest.
“Get your boots and cowboy hats on,” French told the audience. “It’s rodeo time.”
She noted how Madeline Clarkson and Bonnie Mansmith will compete for Miss San Benito Rodeo at 10 a.m. June 15 at Bolado Park Event Center and it is open to the public. The rodeo runs June 28-30 at Bolado Park as well.
