A male was shot in the head and died from the injuries Wednesday morning in Hollister.
The incident occurred between 5:30 a.m. and 5:45 a.m. in the 100 block of Sally Street, confirmed Sgt. Matthew Weiss with the Hollister Police Department.
He said there is no suspect information available at this time, while police were continuing to work on scene this morning.
Police will release more information as it becomes available. It is an ongoing investigation.Â
