The ArtSPACE Annex will host a series of Beginning Genealogy classes on Saturdays through June 15.
The classes are led by instructor Annette Lutnesky Perry, certified by the Board of Certification of Genealogists who has taught about family history since 1979 to more than 2,500 students in California. She has served as genealogical librarian at the Santa Maria Public Library and instructed courses at Allan Hancock, Hartnell and Gavilan Colleges.
Residents can learn to trace their roots in the classes from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each Saturday for the next six weekends from May 11-June 15 at The Annex, 217 Fifth St., Hollister.
