Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital is sponsoring a Caregiver Support Group, with sessions in the third Wednesday of each month from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Great Room on the 2nd floor of the Support Services Building.
According to an announcement from the hospital:
The 2018 dates are March 21, April 18, May 16, June 20, July 18, Aug. 15, Sept. 19, Oct. 17, Nov. 21 and Dec. 19.
The group will provide an opportunity to exchange practical information on caregiving problems and possible solutions; an outlet to discuss challenges and healthy coping mechanisms; a safe atmosphere to share feelings, needs and concerns; and contact information for resources available in the community.
