Earlier today, the Administration at Rancho San Justo Middle School was made aware of a possible rumor regarding an alleged gun on campus.
Administration worked closely with the Hollister Police Department investigating the situation. The investigation concluded that the allegations were a hoax.
The Hollister School District is taking the appropriate measures to follow up on the situation. The Hollister School District is thankful for the prompt response and support from the Hollister Police Department. Hollister School District staff will work closely with the Hollister Police Department to ensure the continued safety of all students and staff.
