San Benito High School AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) students “wanted to give back to our community,” said teacher Charlene Hernandez, so this week they performed lawn maintenance for some elderly folks in the community.
They completed two homes on Wednesday and have a goal to complete 10 homes in the month of May. Requests can be sent to [email protected].
