Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital is re-opening additional outpatient services and expanding hours in various locations as the demand for services has continued to increase.
Beginning Tuesday, May 26 the following locations are re-opening and/or expanding their hours of service:
Mabie First Street Health Care Center – 321 First Street, Hollister

Outpatient Diagnostic Imaging Center – 930 Sunnyslope Road, Ste. C4, Hollister

Open: Monday – Friday ¨ 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Closed for lunch ¨ 12:00 noon – 1:00 pm)
Sunnyslope Lab – 920 Sunnyslope Road, Hollister

Open: Monday – Friday ¨ 7:00 am – 12:00 noon
The hours of 7:00 am – 9:00 am are reserved for highly vulnerable patients i.e. over 65, pregnant, immunocompromised, or those with serious underlying health conditions. Please call for an appointment (831) 636-2631.
