Gavilan College is holding a Career Fair on March 15.
The career fair is set for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the college, 5055 Santa Teresa Boulevard in Gilroy. The local community college has held several preparation events leading up to the big fair in the Student Center.
According to the college, attendees should do the following:

Dress for Success
Get career advice
Apply for employment
Find an Internship
Prepare by  attending a workshop
Local organizations and companies visit the campus to seek students to fill internships, part-time, and full-time positions.
Attending a Job Fair offers you an excellent opportunity to meet with dozens of employers all in one place. Employers provide a wealth of information at Career Fairs and not just about job openings. Use the day as a means to educate yourself about what sort of experience, education, and training is required for a particular career.
