Roadwork on Fourth Street in Hollister will continue until October, according to an announcement from the city.
That work includes:
The city is installing a 36-inch storm drain line and a 12-inch water line on Fourth Street.
Fourth Street will be repaved with with a lighted crosswalk on Fourth at Line Street.
New curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway approaches, handicap ramps on Fourth Street.
College Street between Fourth and Fifth streets, meanwhile, will receive a larger 24-inch storm drain and curb inlets and new ramps. Powell Street between Sixth and Seventh streets will receive the same.
The projected completion is Oct. 4, and Fourth Street will remain closed periodically, according to the city.
