The Community Foundation for San Benito County has announced details for scholarships available to Latino high school and college students.
According to the announcement from the foundation:
The Community Foundation for San Benito County is pleased to announce the availability of scholarships for Latino high school and colleges students who reside in San Benito County.
Scholarships are awarded to Latino students who possess an economic need and are available to high school seniors with plans to continue their post-secondary education by attending a four-year college or university, community college, or certified vocational training institution. College students who are already enrolled are also eligible for this scholarship program.
Students should download the appropriate application (High School Students or College Students) and return the completed form to the Community Foundation office by Friday, March 29, 2018. The selection process for this award is rigorous and highly competitive. A review panel made up from members of the Latino Generations Endowment Committee will select the strongest applicants to move towards the next round of the selection process.
