Josie Sanchez and Mary Casillas held early leads in races for two open seats on the San Benito County Healthcare District Board.
Sanchez is running against Frank Barragan and Ross Blasingame. Casillas is running against Ann Ross, Jason Noble and Don Winn.
Zanchez had 39.78% of the vote to 31.74% for Barragan and 28.48% for Blasingame.
Casillas had 59.34% to 28.14% for Noble, 9.18% for Winn and 3.34% for Ross.
They are running for the public board that oversees Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital.
