San Benito County supervisors this week OK’d the final map for a 200-lot development on Southside Road.
The proposed project from John Brigantino at San Benito Realty includes the creation of 200 lots for residential development on 44 four acres. The project is located at northwest from the intersection of Hospital and Southside roads.
Supervisors approved of the final map on the consent agenda in a 5-0 at Tuesday’s regular board meeting. There was no discussion on the item.
An environmental review has been completed on the project. The developer has agreed to fund $100,000 in park improvements. The developer will also fund traffic modifications including at Airline Highway and Union Road, and at Union Road and Southside Road.
