The California Highway Patrol’s Hollister-Gilroy branch is partnering with Walgreens for the annual “Chips for Kids” holiday toy drive.
Toy collection bins will be placed at the Hollister store at 600 Tres Pinos Road through Dec. 17. Donations of new, unwrapped toys will be delivered to Chamberlain’s Children Center in Hollister on Dec. 19, according to an announcement from the CHP.
A toy collection bin also has been placed in the lobby of the CHP office located at 740 Renz Lane in Gilroy for donations there as well, according to the announcement.
