CHP: 38 incidents of objects striking vehicles on 101 since February

The California Highway Patrol is asking for help identifying someone who has been throwing objects at vehicles along Highway 101 in the Prunedale area and will hold a briefing Friday on the matter.

The CHP released the following:

Since February 2019, the California Highway Patrol (CHP), Monterey Area office, has investigated 38 reported incidents of objects striking vehicles traveling upon SR-156 and US-101 in the Prunedale area. The CHP wants to ensure the safety of all motorists and is seeking the assistance of the public in locating the person or persons responsible for these incidents.
