CHISPA is set to host an open house from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday for the Buena Vista Homes at Buena Vista Road and Line Street.
There are three types of home available to view, around 1,600, 1,700 and 1,800 square feet, respectively.

Since its incorporation in 1980, CHISPA has built and renovated 2,268 single-family homes and apartments for low and moderate-income people in Monterey, San Benito, and Santa Cruz Counties.
