Botelho won’t run for reelection in 2020

San Benito County Supervisor Anthony Botelho has announced he will not run for reelection in 2020.

Botelho, who represents District 2, has been on the county board since his initial election in 2004. District 2 includes the San Juan Valley, Aromas, the Union Road area in south Hollister, and the Mission Oaks neighborhood.

Botelho made the announcement during Tuesday’s county board meeting.
