The Hollister Planning Commission will hold a special meeting Thursday night to consider an extension for a subdivision application.
The commission is set to meet at 6 p.m. at Hollister City Hall, 375 Fifth St.
Commissioners will consider a one-year extension for Jim Matthews on an approval of a tentative map and conditional use permit for a planned unit development on 1.23 acres of eight single-family residences and three open spaces.
It is the only item on the special meeting agenda.
