Hollister planning commissioners will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday to consider the following:
- Site and Architectural Review for San Felipe Storage: The applicant is requesting approval to construct three new mini-storage buildings and an office at an existing mini-storage facility at 1541 San Felipe Road.
- Extension on permit: This is a proposed extension of a map and conditional use permit for Jim Matthews, who wants to subdivide 1.23 ares into eight single-family lots and three open spaces. The location is not listed on the agenda.
- Pre-zoning of two five-acre parcels: Hugh Bikle is requesting a recommendation from the planning commission to the council to OK the parcels totaling 10 acres for annexation. Those parcels are east of North Chappell Road, north of Santa Ana Road and west of the Highway 25 bypass.
- Santa Ana subdivision: Applicant Kraig Klauer is requesting approval of a tentative map and conditional use permit for a development on 2.18 acres. It would include 12 new residential lots and one existing residential unit at 811 Santa Ana Road.
