The San Juan Bautista Planning Commission will meet Tuesday consider an application for a new trucking facility on Old San Juan Hollister Road, among a couple other items.
The following are up for consideration at the 6 p.m. Tuesday meeting at San Juan Bautista’s council chambers:
- Public hearing on “Midnight Express Trucking Company”: The business is applying to build a 14,560-square-foot agricultural transfer warehouse station on Old San Juan Hollister Road on an 18.08-acre parcel. The applicant is Cynthia Orozco, and the item includes consideration of an environmental negative declaration, site and design review, and a conditional-use permit.
- Approve Southwest Roundup Studio Gallery sign design permit for 106 Third St. in the Historic District
- Discuss 18th Barrell, 322 Third St., for a six-month review of outdoor patio activity
